Got the recipe from www.cook.com.

It was a good choice.

We had plain bake potatoes with it,

cucumber, lettuce and green olives on the side.

Shrimp and veggies

Picture was not good.

My son was already asking for attention

but it was good enough to satisfy

my husband's hungry stomach.

Fried noodle

Taste good but difficult to manage.

Beware of flying noodles.

Fried Coalfish

Marinated over night in garlic,

whole pepper, soy sauce

and distilled white vinegar.

Served with :

cubed tomatoes and

minced coriander salad on the side.

Pancit using instant noodles

Having the basic pansit ingredients in mind this is what I cooked for dinner today using sweet chille sauce as the flavor.

Curry Tilapia

Tried to have a variety in cooking 'Tilapia' aside from Sweat and Sour. This is what I was able to concoct.
