Cooked in a clay pot ( Schlemmertopf)
one of the terracotta brands I have.

I love using them, for me they are so easy to use.
Especially with a toddler around the house.
Less time in the kitchen with good food
and more time to play. :)

Mackerel

Got the recipe from www.cook.com.

It was a good choice.

We had plain bake potatoes with it,

cucumber, lettuce and green olives on the side.

Shrimp and veggies

Picture was not good.

My son was already asking for attention

but it was good enough to satisfy

my husband's hungry stomach.

Fried noodle

Taste good but difficult to manage.

Beware of flying noodles.

Fried Coalfish

Marinated over night in garlic,

whole pepper, soy sauce

and distilled white vinegar.

Served with :

cubed tomatoes and

minced coriander salad on the side.
